This is the biggest of the houses and has been newly modernised over the winter 2009/10 originally built in the late thirties when Ballantrae was a thriving holiday village some of the thirties architectural features have been retained. It has a fabulous kitchen/dining room leading onto a small patio and larger terrace with simply stunning sea and river views. Furnished with great taste and style in modern colours with an eclectic mix of old and new.

The superb kitchen with granite worktops, two dishwashers, two ovens, large gas hob and American fridge/freeze dining table for twelve and comfy sofa, TV and WiFi connection - is a wonderful spot for entertaining, cooking, dining, relaxing and having fun. A large sitting room with really comfortable sofas, TV, log fire and a selection of books and games, sea view. There are five bedrooms and five bathrooms. There is a utility room with washing machine and tumble drier, a boot room by the back door, a downstairs loo and wash basin.

Bedrooms - Upstairs 1 double bedroom with Superking bed and en-suite bathroom with over-bath shower, marble vanity unit basin and wc. 1 double room which can be made up as twins or a zip and link super-king bed with en-suite shower room with large double shower, wc & basin, wonderful views.

Downstairs there is a double room with superking bed and en-suite shower room with large shower, wc & basin; a twin bedroom and a bathroom opposite with bath, separate shower, wc and basin. 1 delightful cosy bunk bed room next door to the kitchen ideal for children with really comfortable large bunk bed and next door to this a great wet room with marble vanity top, wc, basin and walk in wet area with huge overhead shower.

Full oil fired central heating is included, as well as cotton bed linen and large fluffy towels. There is a large terraced garden with shrubs and lawns, ample parking, garden furniture, barbecue and amazingly beautiful views over the surrounding countryside to the sea.
